PSI's Business Model
PSI has a three part business model that includes staff augmentation, permanent placements and consulting practice.
Staff Augmentation:
You can count on PSI for all your long- and short-term resource
needs. We will source, screen and qualify candidates for temporary, temp-to-perm,
permanent and consulting positions, and work with you to understand your procurement,
hiring and on-boarding procedures. Our candidate pools are stocked with pre-screened
candidates and we can usually produce several very qualified candidates within
a day.
Permanent Placements:
PSI is fully equipped to assist you with your permanent placement needs. Our qualified recruiters will match your needs with qualified professionals from our resource pool and quickly respond to your requests. PSI provides permanent placements for a one time predetermined fee.
Consulting Practice:
When an important initiative needs a dedicated team of professionals and
you don't have the in-house talent, PSI can pull together a team of qualified
professionals, including executive level consultants. We will work with you to understand your:
