Screening Process
PSI knows that a solid screening process is the key to facilitating the match
between candidates and employers. We also know that a busy hiring manager does
not have the time or desire to wade through unqualified resumes, so we've developed
processes that quickly reveal the most qualified candidates. In our process,
we require that a candidate pass each phase as a prerequisite before continuing
on to the next phase; and, during any phase, candidates can be ruled out if
they fail to pass one of the quality control activities. Our 3-step process
includes:
Step 1: Screen
