Consultant Screening Process

PSI knows that a solid screening process is the key to unlocking the potential of the most qualified candidates and make the best use of your time. We require that a candidate pass each phase of our process as a prerequisite before continuing on to the next phase; and, during any phase, they can be ruled out if they fail to pass one of the quality control activities. Our 3-step process includes:

  Step 1: Screen
  Source candidates from top recruiting websites, 
  Perform a telephone screen based on position requirements, and 
  Identify candidate's availability, rate and three professional references 

Step 2: Qualify

  Perform in-person interview, 
  Administer competency testing, 
  Perform reference checks, and 
  Complete additional documentation, as required by client 

Step 3: Present

  Comply with client's resume submission procedures, 
  Communicate timely and accurately regarding telephone or in-person, interview times and locations 
  Collect and communicate interview feedback, 
  Initiate background check and drug testing process, and 
  Comply with client's hiring and on-boarding procedure
